As Christians we were raised to be kind to all but especially to the Jews, who were God's chosen people. I was even circumcised by what Ma always said was a real traditional person for that, I guess a mohel? On the eighth day. I never looked that up so I don't know why. We were supposed to be on the lookout for Jews and angels, who could visit unawares. The Jews are certainly special--just surviving through all that. All those travails and travels. They're like those Bic pens--take a lickin' but keep on tickin'. Keep on Tikkun Olam.

Dear Dr. Thor, people like you give me hope to place my trust in people. It is the Christians who rose up against the pro-Palestinian kids and raised the American flag proudly and whose unyielding support for Israel is constant and strong. Thank you. Thank you for being there for us.

I suspect the reason my sons haven't talked to me in a few months is that they're in these pro-Palestinian camps. Man, I stay out of it all at this point. I don't believe in nations, but rather watersheds, so I wouldn't know a border if it tripped me. But yeah, I sure do wish all the Jews who want a safe watershed get one. I don't follow the news. When I last had friends they were Jews, but I'm also learning Indonesian, which might be the world's biggest Muslim language. But for sure, we were raised to honor the Jews.

Congratulations on tackling such a difficult language, expending your mind and horizon.

Pity that some people distance themselves when you don't agree with their POV.

There was a time when it was believed that everyone had fundamental human rights, which were accessible—equally—to everyone on the planet. It cannot be argued any longer that such rights are being taken away from some with impunity and claimed with pious self-righteousness to be of higher value for some over others. This was not the promise of the god of Abraham and has only taken place because of the successful efforts of atheists and non-believers to displace our Creator and proclaim themselves the higher power over Humanity. We have seen this movie before, and it always ends the same way. God bless you for standing up for what you believe... As an unashamed Christian, I stand with you.

Once, it was a universally accepted truth that all individuals were born with inherent human rights. But now, that belief is being shattered as some are denied their rights while others falsely claim superiority and righteousness. This tragic cycle has occurred throughout history, and its inevitable outcome remains unchanged. Despite this darkness, I am grateful for your unwavering support and proud to have you as my ally in the battle against those who seek to oppress us. As a fellow Christian, I deeply appreciate your courage and dedication to defending our shared beliefs and values. Together, we will stand strong in the face of injustice and rise above those who wish to tear us down.
